This is a red box, 500px wide, 300px high, and right in the center of the viewport.
When first loaded - this page displays correctly (a centered box). However, when you try to resize the page, the vertical position does not adjust, and needs to be reloaded to correct it.
This may be correct behaviour from Opera, depending on how it should behave in positioning relating to the empty containing block.
