Notes:
- Opera uses auto-install INI files and drag'n'drop for extensive changing of UI functions, which can be considered pseudo-extensions (opera has access to over 500 internal commands accessed through human readable INI setups). For example, extensions like the web developer toolbar are also available for Opera. Although much easier for general users to configure, the INI extensions are less powerful than the XUL programming found in Mozilla.
