This is very basic converter (converts either way), no bells or whistles attached, and not tested on many different OPML files. If you want something better, if it's easy to fix I'll change it, and/or you're welcome to the source (mail me). You can find your Opera feed list in your Profile Mail directory (Help » About Opera to see where that is) and it is usually called Incoming#.txt, where # is a number that can vary (try with 1 first, open it in a text viewer and see if you can see [Feeds] towards the top).
